Every homeowner who has purchased a home in the Corta Bella community is a Member of the Corta Bella Homeowners Association (HOA) and has legally agreed to abide by these documents. The homeowner is also legally responsible for ensuring that all of their guests and tenants (if any) abide by these same rules.
